Part of the book explores this work. I’m afraid if I leave I won’t return for a while and there are only a couple of books left in this series. Yes, there are still those, “Oh, I know The writer definitely hit her stride with this one. Firstly don’t read the blurb, it is somewhat misleading. Very effective and very chilling. Still, they are uncomfortably sexist sometimes, even though Lackberg seems to be making an effort to sort of drag that discussion into her story.
The pain of such a sacrifice and the hold it has over the years. I also liked the characters. I did like the relationships in this book.

I find that Lackberg tends to throw in additional storylines, I think to trick the reader, but in actuality it makes the storyline confusing and too long. This is the crux for the mysteries. Of course I would The Hidden Child is deep and emotionally complex, but moves slower than Lackberg’s previous novels and Erica as a character is somehow becoming less likable. Definitely one of the most amazing books I have read so far. Will there be many spoilers? I read many about ww two. Because I haven’t read the prior novels I’m not sure how well developed their relationship was prior to Maja their daughter.
I enjoyed it, the twists, the turns, but there were a bit too many ah ha moments by the main characters. All are well handled, and there are some wonderfully touching moments.

Plus, there seemed to be so many characters to keep track of. Camilla Lackberg is one of a rising group of writers who hail from the frozen tundra of Norway and Sweden and are taking on the world and filling up the chasm left empty by the loss of the lafkberg of the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo trilogy.
The writer definitely hit her stride with this one. I believe that the only acmilla we should focus in doing is what we can do to change the present.

Reluctantly Erica must read her mother’s wartime diaries.
Because what remains is so well-written and so compelling. Could the two events be related? It was fascinating, seeing the young people of the diaries in old age. This book had so many characters that it was hard to keep them all straight, especially listening to the audio book.
Ondanks dat dit boek me iets tegenviel, ben ik toch wel benieuwd naar het volgende deel. Each book is a stand alone but I like when there’s continuity with the characters,so i be reading book 4 next.
