Sophie Mercer thought she was a witch. Kinda puts a damper on the relationship. That ending kinda knocked me for a loop. Who the hell knows where it will go next?

Sophie arrives at the homestead of the Brannicks, an ancient female clan that has been at war with the Prodigium, whose numbers are now dwindling. What made this one even worse for me was that I felt like this dmonglass triangle was added for the benefit of the reader, instead of it being the characters true feelings.

Demonglass by Rachel Hawkins

Fans of the Parnormalcy series, fans of VA. We might even have a love triangle going on! A lot or a little? Well, on page 18, I got my answer and I laughed so hard I thought I was going to cry.

Return to top of page. Of course leaving the school, Sophie gets a strange feeling that all 3 of them will not be returning. With a new set of characters, more intensity in Sophie’s life, the fact that hawjins school may not be what it seems, and the Eye out to kill her, Demonglass was a hit!

Readers will enjoy this sequel as much as the original installment and will look forward to the third book. Enter your email address to subscribe to this blog and receive notifications of new posts by email.

Is it any good? I laughed about that one for a while—imagining what books would be like if, out of the blue, some random person just showed up and killed a main character. That’s one thing I love about these books, I do not see the twists coming.

This is not a trilogy to read out of order. Meaning, someone is raising demons in secret, with creepy plans to use their powers, and probably not for good.

There is some great chemistry between Sophie and Archer, and I like demnoglass fact that Sophie doesn’t miss him and think about because of how hot he is, but rather because she misses talking to him and hanging out with him. But once Sophie arrives she makes a shocking discovery.

It totally made me feel special. All through out the book, even the scenes are made to be serious, she never forgot to showcase her wit and snarky-ness, which made the scenes slightly light to manage, though I still sense the tension onto them. Eachel has a lot to learn about her heritage. I am now left anxiously awaiting the release of the 3rd book in this series.

I miss Hex Hall.

Not a damn thing. School Spirits publishedfollows a new main character: Raising Demons Author s: I wish I’d met you in a normal high school, and taken you on normal dates, and like, carried your books or something. But once Sophie arrives, she makes a shocking discovery: Not much happened throughout the entire book, and the mystery just wasn’t that mysterious.

Turns out, Sophie’s a demonone of only two in the world – the other being her father. Sophie vows to kill the Casnoffs and break the demon spells, returning the Prodigium to their true forms. I literally read this in one sitting! Y’all are going to have to wait until March: After Archer fleed and Sophie saw Alice kill Elodie, she decides to go through the removal.

Where I found Sophia to be a bit shallow in the first book, she gains more depth in this one. I could feel my pulse hammering under his fingers. Why I Read semonglass Book:
